How booking and payment work

Pick your dates

Choose check-in and check-out on the live calendar, synced from Airbnb and VRBO.

Pay the deposit

Checkout adds cleaning and tax, then charges 50% by card through Stripe to confirm the stay. You’ll get an emailed receipt.

Pay the balance

The remaining 50% is collected before arrival through the same booking, by card.
